As a Mind Body Specialist, I offer a deep understanding of what contributes to our emotional, physical and mental health via education and awareness of the mind-body connection and how thoughts contribute to physical stress, impacting the health and function of the brain and the nervous system.
My multi-modal approach invites a unique combination of yoga, meditation, mindfulness - an integrative experience that is both intentional and educational.
In working with community, through partnerships and collaborations, I am passionate about delivering mind-body programs by designing, developing, building, managing workshops and programs that are unique and meaningful to the needs of your organization.
For many years I have found such joy and fulfillment working with people and communities in a variety of settings. We all seek to grow, personally and professionally. By listening to each student, each client, a story begins.
By practicing the positive power of yoga, meditation and mindfulness, one begins to connect in all relationships with body, mind and soul. You begin to feel open to give with grace, find acceptance and to EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED.
